You know this alreay, returns are a bit of a pain for both sides. To make it a bit more attractive we came up with a new option: Credits.

Besides an exchange (for example, if you love the shirt and only need it in a differenz size) or refund (sending your money back via your original payment method), a credit is a shopping voucher you can use for your next purchase.

Because this is the easiest solution for us, we add an additional 10% on your original shopping value. If you bough a hoodie for 59.90€ for example and return it, you will automatically receive a store credit of 65.89€.
