First race ever: July 2018, 10k race through the city center of beautiful Dortmund (KOPFSTEINPFALSTER and 35°C), can’t remember the time
Why did you start running: my soccer coach always told me to start running – so that’s what I did when I stopped playing soccer
Your best race ever: ZUT 2019
The good: freedom, independence, silence und being in nature as well as running with friends, it shows that you can achieve things that you never thought possible
The bad: injuries and stomach issues
The ugly: toenails und calloused skin

Favorite Post-Race meal: massaman-curry and rice
Wanna share a recipe? of course! Here are my chocolate-PB energy balls. You’ll need:
- ½ cup of oats
- 1 cup of soft/soaked dates
- ½ cup of peanut butter
- ½ of shredded coconut
- ⅓ cup of unsweetened cacao powder
Start by blending oats und dates until you have a sticky dough. Add the rest of the ingredients und blend until well combined. Form the dough into (around 12) balls and store in the fridge.
